Andrew Lyeklint Hancock ("Hancocks IT") is the controller for personal data collected through this site. This note says what's collected and why.

What's collected

• Enquiries, chat and calls — if you use the chat, ring the support line or email me, your messages, any contact details you give and the number you ring from are kept as a ticket so I can help you and keep a record of the work.
• Transcripts — chats and calls with the assistant are written down and stored to improve the service and to look into any problem or misuse. Calls are transcribed; the voice itself isn't recorded. The assistant runs on Anthropic's Claude, and on the phone the speech is turned into text (and back) by ElevenLabs.
• Payments — handled by Stripe. I receive confirmation and a receipt email, not your full card details.
• The PHP checker — the version text you paste is used only to produce the result. We don't publish or sell it.

How long

Enquiries and work records are kept as long as needed for the job and for tax and accounting (typically up to 7 years for invoices). Chat transcripts are kept for a limited period for quality and safety.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing hello@hancocksit.com. You can also complain to the Swedish privacy authority (IMY).
