These terms cover services provided by Andrew Lyeklint Hancock ("Hancocks IT", "I", "me") in Skånes Fagerhult, Sweden.

Services and quotes

I'll agree what work is to be done and give an estimate before starting. If a job turns out to need more work than expected, I'll tell you before going ahead.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed for each job. Prices on the site include VAT where shown. Online payments are handled by Stripe; I never see or store your full card details.

Your data and access

For remote support you'll give me temporary access to your device, with you present. I only access what's needed for the job. I never ask for passwords or card numbers over chat or email.

Liability

I take care with your equipment and data, but you are responsible for keeping your own backups. I'm not liable for loss of data or indirect losses beyond the value of the work paid for, except where the law says otherwise.
